Overview:

Mayzo is seeking an experienced machinery welder to join our team. This position will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication on various projects and machinery at our production center.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Welding and Fabricating: Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques.

Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.

Project Management and Scheduling: Ability to plan work and keep projects on schedule.

Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct inspections of welded areas and perform necessary tests to ensure the quality and integrity of welds meet specifications.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing welding tasks, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Maintenance: Maintain and repair welding equipment, ensuring all tools are in proper working condition.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other construction personnel to ensure successful project completion.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of welding activities, materials used, and time spent on each task.

Qualifications:

Requires 3-5 years of welding experience.

Contractor must supply their own welding tools.

Welding Certification.

Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Must past background check and drug test.
