Smart Truck Equipment is looking for a welder fabricator to help us upfit commercial trucks with truck bodies and equipment.

Smart Truck Equipment is a family-owned business that installs, services, and repairs commercial truck equipment. Most of the work is installing new work truck bodies on new or almost new truck chassis. We are a second-stage manufacturer for Ford and Ram Trucks, and our sister company is an Isuzu commercial truck dealer, but we work on all truck makes and models. We offer Isuzu Commercial Truck training and other commercial truck and equipment training courses. There is on-the-job training in electrical, hydraulic, welding, and fabrication skillsets. Our facility utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and is always clean and professional. We strive to create a welcoming, forthright, and enjoyable environment for our team and customers. Qualifications

1+ years of MIG solid wire welding experience

1+ year experience in automotive electrical and lighting systems. Knowledge of shop tools: bench grinder, drill press, band saw, Ironworker, etc.
