ResponsibilitiesInterpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.Utilize flux-cored arc welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal components.Ensure high-quality welds by adhering to safety and quality standards.Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

QualificationsProven experience as a Welder/Fitter, with a strong focus on flux-cored arc welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in welding.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
