Job Summary
Support other personnel as required, including (but not limited to): cutting, grinding, cleaning, tacking, etc.
Lifting 50lb.
General power tool knowledge (angle grinders, drills, band saw, cold saw).
Welding (MIG 0.035, Flux Core, Dual Shield 0.045).
Loading and unloading trucks.
Basic knowledge on how to read a measuring tape.
8-hour shift Monday to Friday.
Material stock check (shipping & receiving).
Steel profiles & processes knowledge.
Forklift certification preferred.
Operating overhead crane & rigging.
Handles paperwork accurately and acquires all signatures per process.
Education
Minimum education requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
Must have a basic understanding of standard power tools and possess the ability to read / follow simple instructions.
Lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Work in confined spaces
Experience in structural steel environment (preferred).
Depending on experience, you earn $20.00 - $22.00/hour.
