    Your Role: • Master of the Weld: You’ll perform precision welding on various metals using MIG/TIG and stick welding techniques. • Maintenance Pro: You will adhere to proper operation protocols and routine maintenance of equipment. • Quality Visionary: You’ll ensure that every weld meets all quality standards and specifications. • Blueprint Innovator: You’ll interpret blueprints and plans, understanding the ins and outs of each product. • Safety Advocate: You’ll adhere to all safety protocols and standards, and you’ll help us develop safer ways of working. • Team Catalyst: You’ll work closely with our team to meet production deadlines, and you’ll inspire your colleagues to innovate and excel.

    Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience as a Welder. • Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
