Requirements:

• Self-starter with a good attitude and communication skills
• Welding skills utilizing FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW processes
• Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking in solo and team environments
• A background in agriculture or heavy equipment is beneficial
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to accept training, work overtime as required and travel
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• A basic welding test is given during the interview

Compensation and Benefits:

• Position is hourly with wages based on experience ($18-$22/hr.)
