We are always seeking skilled welders As a welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and welding.
- Select and set up welding equipment, tools, and supplies according to job requirements.
- Perform various types of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, arc, and oxy-acetylene welding.
- Inspect workpieces to ensure conformance with specifications, using instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Maintain and repair all equipment used in welding to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and other stakeholders to complete projects efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS welding certification) is desirable.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Commitment to safety standards and practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Vocational or technical training in welding or a related field.
- Knowledge of metallurgy and welding principles.
- Familiarity with welding-specific software and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
CONDITIONS
