Job Summary:

As a Welder Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication process, utilizing your welding expertise to construct and manufacture heavy steel components. Working alongside our team of professional fabricators, you'll be responsible for interpreting blueprints and executing precise welds to ensure the production of top-notch steel products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set up and weld heavy steel plate components according to blueprints and specifications.
2. Produce high-quality welds with a focus on strength and cleanliness.
3. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the fabrication process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a welder in a fabrication shop setting.
2. Proficiency with MIG welding with solid flux core wire, metal fabricating, grinding, and torch cutting.
3. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, crouching, and lifting heavy equipment as needed.
