JD : Welding Production support

Key Responsibilities:

Production support – spot/stud weld fault recovery, document faults for optimization

Process improvements – expulsion reduction, continuous STC optimization

· Training – share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials

Qualifications:

· Strong background in resistance and arc welding

· Bosch 7000 weld controller knowledge and experience

· Experience in making and optimizing STC curves

· Experience with Stanley stud systems a plus

· Arc welding experience with Fronius welders a plus
