Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Wellness Advisor/Sales Associate to join our team! As the Wellness Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales and provide superior customer service. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the studio. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, high-performance sales track record, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities:
Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up and in-studio sales
Meet monthy sales goals
Book quality appointments
Welcome guests and prospective members
Provide studio tours for prospective members
Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Be knowledgeable about products and program
Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
Establish relationships with members and prospective members.
Accurately record client information and accept payments
Schedule classes and appointments
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Ensure studio rules and systems are followed
Qualifications:
Excellent sales skills
Friendly and professional disposition
An affinity and passion for health and fitness
Two or more years of sales, customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong work ethic
Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
Attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
