As a Wellness Advisor at YogaSix Yoga Studio, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our members and guests. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our yoga classes and wellness offerings, and assisting individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals. Prior experiene working at Yogasix or another Health Club facility would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and welcome all members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere within the studio.
Sales and Promotion:
Educate potential members and guests about our yoga classes, workshops, and wellness services.
Promote memberships, class packages, and retail products to enhance the overall experience for members.
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our offerings and converting inquiries into sales.
Consultation and Goal Setting:
Conduct wellness consultations with new and existing members to understand their needs and goals.
Recommend appropriate yoga classes, workshops, and wellness services based on individual preferences and objectives.
Assist members in setting realistic and achievable wellness goals.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle studio operations such as checking-in members, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist with scheduling appointments, managing class reservations, and coordinating events or workshops.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio space at all times.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the health and wellness industry.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by YogaSix to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Actively engage in personal yoga practice and wellness activities to deepen understanding and passion for the brand.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health, fitness, or hospitality is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Passion for yoga, health, and wellness with a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
