Job Title: Wellness Sales & Sauna Associate
Position: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Schedule: Firm: (e.g., 7 AM – 4PM Mon-Thu and 7 AM-5:15 PM on Fridays
Overview:
The Wellness Sales & Sauna Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving membership sales, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of beem® Light Sauna. This is a customer-facing position with additional responsibilities related to studio upkeep, sales outreach, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Community Engagement
Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting beem® through membership sales and revenue-generating programs.
Engage with potential clients via in-person interactions, calls, emails, and texts to drive sales.
Represent beem® at networking events
Host studio events and participate in community outreach programs.
Establish and maintain B2B relationships, coordinating pop-ups and co-marketing efforts.
Customer Experience & Front Desk Operations
Provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every visit is a 10-star experience.
Greet members and assist with membership sales and processing.
Manage CRM data entry (preferably with MindBody).
Oversee front desk operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn & Facebook) to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Studio Maintenance & Cleanliness
Maintain a clean and inviting facility throughout operating hours.
Ensure reception, sauna rooms, restrooms, and laundry areas are clean, sanitized, and fully operational.
Assist with sauna room turnover and reset, including towel sanitization and preparation.
Clean bathrooms, showers, and common areas.
Manage and organize the facility’s towel supply, including folding and tracking reject towels.
Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness in the backroom and supply closet.
Handle daily trash and recycling removal.
Additional Responsibilities:
Attend staff meetings to stay updated on company news, promotions, and studio operations.
Ensure compliance with beem® Business Policies for daily operations.
Participate in B2B outreach, including outbound calls, emails, and texts to coordinate co-marketing opportunities.
Work events and B2B pop-ups, including occasional mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Take initiative on special projects and additional tasks assigned by the owner.
Qualifications & Skills:
Passion for wellness, customer service, and sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM systems (MindBody preferred).
Ability to multitask and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Self-motivated and proactive in growing the beem® brand.
