Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Technician to operate our advanced wellness equipment and help clients stay consistent with treatment plans and wellness goals. You will support both clinical excellence and patient engagement, with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses tied to outcomes and client success. Key Responsibilities:  Operate wellness equipment following treatment protocols  Guide clients through intake, care plans, and goal tracking  Educate clients about the benefits of recurring wellness plans  Encourage enrollment in monthly or quarterly service packages  Maintain equipment hygiene and ensure a seamless treatment experience  Support subscription renewals and long-term client relationships  Help manage appointment flow, documentation, and room prep Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED required  Experience in health, wellness, aesthetics, or personal training preferred  Friendly, professional communication and people skills  Comfort with technology and treatment devices  Team player with a focus on outcomes and service excellence Compensation: Commiserate with experience + incentive-based bonuses
