    About the Role: Store Manager This isn’t a desk job! As Store Manager, you’ll spend most of your time on the sales floor, directly engaging with customers and leading the team. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience by sharing your enthusiasm, solving problems, and driving sales success.     What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Be the Face of the Store: Interact with customers daily to ensure they have an exceptional experience.

    • Drive Sales Success: Lead by example with strong personal sales performance using consultative sales techniques.

    • Lead the Team: Train, motivate, and schedule sales associates to meet store goals while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

    • Merchandise Like a Pro: Work with our Inventory Associate to plan orders, manage stock, and keep displays fresh and exciting.

    • Solve Problems: Address customer concerns and employee challenges with patience and creativity.

    • Promote the Brand: Represent the company at trade shows, on social media, and in other public-facing activities.

    What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a fun, outgoing, and energetic leaderwith a passion for helping others and a drive to succeed. Our ideal candidate:

    • Has 4+ years of retail sales experience and at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.

    • Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

    • Loves solving problems, connecting with people, and sharing their enthusiasm for outdoor activities.

    • Is organized, reliable, and ready to roll up their sleeves on the sales floor.

    • Is flexible and available to work weekends and holidays.
