What You’ll Do:

Assist lead teachers in providing a safe and engaging classroom environment for children

Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning and growth

Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interactive activities

Assist with potty training and help children during daily routines

Build positive relationships with children and communicate with families about their child’s progress

Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for fun learning each day

What You Need:

High school diploma required; Early Childhood Education degree or coursework is a plus

Previous experience working with young children preferred

Strong communication skills and a positive, patient attitude
