Our Electrical Service Manager earns a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000/YEAR based on experience plus quarterly performance bonus. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ELECTRICAL SERVICE MANAGER
As an Electrical Service Manager, you play an essential role in the achievement of company goals, profitability, and customer service. Overseeing our electricians and all aspects of installation, inspection, and operation, you ensure that we achieve favorable outcomes. Throughout the day, you communicate with our dispatchers to review the schedule, job progress, and problems or changes. You also ensure the proper use of manpower and vehicle resources.
You provide expert support to our electricians by answering questions regarding pricing and procedures. And, they know that they can depend on you to provide field support. By leading weekly trainings focusing on technical knowledge, manufacturer requirements, code training, and customer service, you ensure that our team is ready for anything.
Your other duties include preparing and delivering performance reviews, maintaining the warehouse, and handling all callbacks, customer complaints, and warranty work.
