We know the Cleaning Associate is the backbone of our business as they perform the work our clients require in their homes and businesses. Cleaning Associates perform all duties associated with cleaning client homes and cleaning properties for realtors, businesses and property managers.
This job requires hard work and a passion for cleaning, but the pay is good, the team is great and our clients are kind and loyal.

Responsibilities
Work as part of a team to clean client properties according to our process
Perform routine cleaning such as dusting and vacuuming rooms, scouring sinks, tubs, showers and toilets, mopping and steaming floors
Follow all our cleaning procedures and guidelines
Work with efficiency to maximize client impact while containing costs
Drive yourself with provided supplies and equipment from headquarters to client site, and from client to client
Communicate with leadership to provide input on project details, client communications, issues and accidents, etc.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in housecleaning or hotel housekeeping
Driver’s license and auto insurance, with reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
Excellent stamina and physical health
Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail, have a strong work ethic and be flexible
Bi-lingual English and Spanish is preferred
