As we continue to expand in the West Loop, we are seeking a dedicated Studio Manager in Training to join our team. Position Overview:

As a Studio Manager in Training, you will embark on a comprehensive development program designed to prepare you for potential advancement to a Studio Manager role within a short period, based on performance and assessment. This role is active and front-facing, engaging with guests and leading by example to ensure an exceptional experience for all.

Responsibilities:

Assist in leading a high-performing team to achieve top results, serving as a hands-on role model while providing continuous feedback.

Engage extensively with guests; this role is not confined to a desk.

Support in managing details, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring compliance with processes and policies in a professional yet fun environment.

Participate in ongoing training and development activities to prepare for potential advancement.

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.

Flexible availability: our locations operate from early morning to late evening, seven days a week.

A track record of excellence in previous roles, demonstrating a commitment to achieving more than "just OK."
