    We are seeking to add a SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR to our team of Salesforce professionals who is looking to take their career and skillset to the next level!

    As a SALESFORCE ADMIN/SUPPORT SPECIALIST, you will use your expertise to provide excellent support to the total business enterprise by serving as an internal subject matter expert for various Information/Technology systems. By demonstrating knowledge of Salesforce functionality and business processes, you will own the timely and responsive resolution of tickets with minimal escalation.

    SALESFORCE SUPPORT SPECIALISTS:

    • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues that occur within Salesforce, Lead CPQ, Five9 and other company platforms
    • Manage the company's Jira Service Desk ticketing system to resolve issues and provide updates to team members and internal customers
    • Work closely with the Business Systems Support Manager and Project Manager on the roll out of new features
    • Manage processes that directly impact and relate to the Salesforce Organization, which include building automations and code build outs or edits
    • Investigate workflows, processes, flows and configurations within Salesforce in order to troubleshoot potential issues

    SALESFORCE SUPPORT SPECIALISTS CANDIDATES:

    • Have 1-2+ years working with end users in technical troubleshooting or customer service
    • Have demonstrated knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce
    • Are experienced in troubleshooting and building custom applications, objects, and automation in Salesforce
    • Have education or experience in systems, databases, and administration tools
    • Possess strong communication skills to communicate effectively with internal/external developers at a technical levels, as well as front line employees with no technical background
    • Have an intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel and other spreadsheet programs
    • Preferably have a Salesforce.com Administrator certification

    TOTAL COMPENSATION:

    The guaranteed pay range for this position is $60,000 per year to $80,000 per year. The actual rate is based on each candidate’s skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay.
