WEST SHORE HOME is looking to double in size by the end of 2021! We are currently looking to add a SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR to our team of Salesforce professionals who is looking to take their career and skillset to the next level!

As a SALESFORCE ADMIN/PROJECT SPECIALIST, you will use your creativity to help build and implement unique and custom solutions by building out a one-of-a-kind Salesforce Org., along with developing and working on higher level, strategic initiatives and builds outs. You will be assisting with growth initiatives, system integrations, and other systems projects that are assigned.

SALESFORCE PROJECT SPECIALISTS:

• Manages processes that impact/relate to our Salesforce Org.
• Creates and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other Salesforce objects and functions.
• Manages new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features with assistance from Specialist III and/or Business Systems Manager.
• Creates custom objects when necessary.
• Handles on-going customization/ alteration of Salesforce Org.
• Maintains, enhances and creates workflows, functions and configurations with the Salesforce.com environment.
• Creates new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

SALESFORCE PROJECT SPECIALISTS CANDIDATES:

• Have a minimum of 1-2+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a business setting/environment actively working and developing solutions and customizations for an existing or new SF org.
• Have prior re-engineering and project implementation experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration or automating processes.
• Possess knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities using custom code (Apex) and/or integration with external systems
• Are experienced in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
• Have strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality
• Familiarity and/or proficiency with APEX, Visualforce, and/or Lightning components preferred but not required.
• Preferably have a Salesforce.com Administrator certification

TOTAL COMPENSATION:

The guaranteed pay range for this position is $65,000 per year to $90,000 per year. The actual rate is based on each applicant’s skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay.
