    Position Overview: The Regional Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Campbell Street Senior Living’s facilities all around our Iowa portfolio region. This position is responsible for driving occupancy, building brand awareness, and fostering relationships with potential clients, families, and community partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement targeted marketing plans and campaigns to drive awareness and increase occupancy for Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing facilities within the our portfolio of Iowa.
    • Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, healthcare professionals, and referral sources to build a robust network and promote our facilities.
    • Event Coordination: Plan and execute community events, open houses, and informational seminars to showcase our services and engage with potential residents and their families.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competitive positioning, and gather insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials including brochures, digital content, social media posts, and advertisements that reflect the values and benefits of Campbell Street Senior Living’s offerings.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with facility managers and internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with facility goals and brand messaging.
    • Customer Relations: Engage with prospective residents and their families, addressing their needs and questions, and providing information to support their decision-making process.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare or senior housing preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
      • Ability to analyze market data and generate actionable insights.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in senior housing or skilled nursing marketing is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with the Iowa market and local community networks.
