    About the Position: At Scenthound, the Sales & Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role in driving membership saleswhile providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone with a strong sales mindset, passionate about delivering results.

    Requirements:

    Proven sales experience and confidence (membership sales highly valued)

    Customer service experience (retail or restaurant)

    Comfortable with computers and technology

    Passion for dogs and their health & wellness

    Reliable transportation

    Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment

    Who We’re Looking For: A goal-driven, sales-oriented individual who is passionate about both sales and customer service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, and ready to advance their career through our training programs to become a Scenthound Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Drive membership sales through effective education on dog health and wellness

    Boost performance metrics, including average ticket price, rebook ratios, service add-ons, and retail sales

    Develop and follow up on membership leads to convert prospects into loyal members

    Manage customer profiles, handle phone inquiries, and schedule appointments

    Handle daily cash transactions with accountability and accuracy

    Resolve customer concerns and work to retain memberships by exceeding expectations

    Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and adhere to Scenthound’s sanitary practices

    Assist with other duties as directed by the Scenter Manager

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    Confidence in selling services and products

    Strong ability to connect with customers (both canine and human!) and deliver exceptional customer service

    Ability to learn and explain our products and services, and educate dog parents on the value of Scenthound’s offerings

    Effective communication skills, both in-person and over the phone

    Independent problem-solver, guided by Scenthound’s values and culture

    Attention to detail, strong time management, and efficient scheduling

    Accountability for yourself and others in meeting Scenthound standards
