The Customer Service Representatives will actively maintain successful relationships with customers providing a strong focus on providing the Best Customer Service.
The Customer Service Representatives will assess all the customer’s needs and all responses must be prompt, well-informed, accurate and professionally executed.
TRAINING CLASSES STARTING EVERY MONDAY
TRAINING HOURS: FIRST WEEK: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 8:00AM -5:00PM
TRAINING HOURS: SECOND WEEK: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
WORK SCHEDULE:
MUST BE ABLE WORK MONDAY - SATURDAY, 8:00AM - 6:00PM.
SATURDAY HOURS ARE REQUIRED
