An Enablement Specialist at WhatConverts ensures that each new customer moves smoothly and successfully through the onboarding/implementation process, and is trained on the product efficiently with an end goal of ensuring product adoption and usage. The Enablement Specialist also supports the Sales department by upselling, hosting discovery calls or demos for organic signups, and suggesting the current best fit to our existing customers. Previous Implementation/Onboarding experience within SaaS is REQUIRED for consideration.
This is a fully-remote, full-time position (40 hours per week).
In this role you'll get to:
- Be the first point of contact after a new customer enrolls in product trial; answering any immediate questions and establishing positive customer relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor and platform expert who helps new users navigate through WhatConverts; hosting onboarding calls and support sessions as necessary
- Conduct onboarding calls with new customers that are engaging, purposeful, and effective
- Perform product demonstrations for customers who enroll in a product trial period organically
- Conduct analytical review of usage for customers in trial; ensuring their accounts are healthy and the customer is gaining max benefit from the WhatConverts product before making financial commitment
- Work closely with both Support Team and Sales Team; including providing assistance in responding to incoming support requests and/or sales inquiries
- Be a dynamic problem solver, a multi-tasking extraordinaire, and a key contributor to our success

What we're looking for:
- Must be located in EST time zone to qualify
- 2+ years of experience in a combination of corporate onboarding and technical support roles, ** previous SaaS experience is required**
- 2+ years of experience working with a modern frontend stack (JS, React, etc.), preferred
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, or similar web analytics experience
- Must have prior hands-on experience working within a CRM
- A willingness to learn new things as our company grows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze problems, develop and execute creative, customer-focused solutions
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn SaaS software and become an expert in its functionality
- Strong time management and data organization skills
- Previous experience in a sales related role preferred, but not required
