Qualifications

· A customer service mentality with a passion for reaching the best possible outcome

· Support experience handling email and/or chat services

· A solid understanding of the e-commerce live-streaming landscape, including platforms, trends, and best practices

· Experience with Customer facing systems like WhatNot and Fanatics Live

· Obsession with customers / being customer first / serving customers

· Proactive problem-solver and process-improver

· Highly proficient at wrangling multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail

· Strong organizational mindset and ability to manage time well

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively

· Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines with a calm demeanor and can easily adapt to changing priorities

· Familiarity with professional camera, lighting and streaming setups

· A passion for sports cards and collectibles culture

· Familiar with sports card breaking/streaming.

Producer/Live Stream Responsibilities

· Support principal during scheduled Whatnot and Fanatic live shows, sponsorship management, package cards and prepare for shipping

· Assist with managing day-to-day production for live-streamed shows

· Assist with hands-on video and livestream production both remotely with offsite production partners

· Organize show details and supply internal & external teams with objectives, specifications, necessary assets and other materials

· Support promotional efforts, including collaboration with the Media and Community teams to create assets and develop promotional strategies

· Continuously update and maintain an organized production process and workflow

· Track and report stream analytics, data points and other results on a weekly basis

· Build rapport with regular customers and foster a sense of community

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Weekend availability and travel is required
