Responsibilities: Advise customers and management on vehicle customization options. • Your expert knowledge helps customers make informed decisions about what’s best for their vehicle. Providing advice builds trust with the customer, ensures satisfaction, and strengthens the relationship between the customer and the company. It also helps management ensure that the right products and services are being offered. Install and troubleshoot suspension lifts and leveling kits. • A precise installation ensures that the vehicle performs well, stays safe, and looks great. Troubleshooting quickly resolves any issues that arise during installation, ensuring the customer leaves happy. Mount and balance tires, ensuring proper installation. • Properly mounting and balancing tires is essential for vehicle safety and performance. Correct installations ensure a smooth ride and extend the life of the tires, leading to satisfied customers. Conduct vehicle condition checks before and after installation, and report concerns. • Pre- and post-installation inspections help identify any existing issues that could affect the vehicle’s performance or the installation process. This ensures transparency with the customer, preventing misunderstandings. Keep work areas clean and organized, maintaining inventory levels. • A clean, organized work area reduces the risk of accidents and improves efficiency. Tracking inventory ensures that parts and tools are available when needed, minimizing downtime. Capture and share photos of completed installations for social media. • Sharing your work on social media showcases the quality and craftsmanship of your installations, attracting new customers and reinforcing the company’s reputation. Assist with inventory receiving and other tasks as needed. • Helping with inventory and other tasks keeps the shop running smoothly and ensures that everything is in place when needed. Being a team player improves overall efficiency and demonstrates a commitment to contributing beyond your primary role. Qualifications: • Must have at least 2.0 years of hands-on experience in installing vehicle suspension, wheel, and tire installations. • Be capable of working independently, driven by tasks, and self-motivated to deliver exceptional results. • Have exceptional customer service skills, including promoting and selling additional products effectively. • Must possess a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and always punctual. • Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and customers effectively. Compensation: $32,200 - $45,760 yearly + bonuses
