    About the Role

    Cocofloss is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Wholesale Operations Associate to support our Supply Chain department.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Supply Chain Team in building and maintaining successful relationships with our wholesale accounts (e.g. buyers and planners from major Retailers, sales agencies, boutique Retailers) and other vendors.

    The ideal candidate will contribute to the Wholesale business by executing and tracking day-to-day deliverables for existing and new wholesale accounts. They will be responsible for proper systems integration, ensuring sales orders are collected, tracked and fulfilled.

    The right fit for this role at Cocofloss must be organized, have a sense of urgency, embody excellent customer service skills for managing accounts, and exhibit clear communication with internal and external partners.

    What You'll Do

    • Execute general administrative tasks, including collecting final product information to populate retailer buying portals (e.g. line sheets, order shells etc.)
    • Ensure purchase orders are received, inputted and processed by the expected delivery date (work closely with Fulfillment teams)
    • Assist with sample shipments requested by Wholesale buyers
    • Responsible for managing and executing new system integration for new wholesale accounts
    • Work with Wholesale accounts as well as internal Inventory planning on sales forecasts
    • Ad hoc projects including reporting analysis, promotional activity etc.
    • Provide excellent customer service to all wholesale customers
    • Organize and maintain wholesale accounts' product assortment files

    Who you are

    • Bachelor's Degree (work experience may be substituted for a degree)
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in account management in a B2B environment
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • High level of proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with Netsuite, SPS Commerce or other B2B platforms preferred
