Wholesale Operations Associate

Welsh, LA

The Wholesale Operations Associate for HENDERSON FAMILY ENTERPRISES will provide support to Henderson Implement & Marine, the leading dealer of boats, tractors, and offroad vehicles in Lake Charles and Abbeville, and Henderson Wholesale, a multi-state distributor of Hunt Brothers Pizza. Note: This position has the option to work a portion of the week in Lake Charles.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating wholesale equipment and installation coordination.

Daily tasks which include coordinating installations, managing division equipment inventory and wholesale equipment finance credit, and supporting field personnel

Weekly tasks which involve working with assigned reports, processing, and invoicing installations.

Administrate Salesforce, including user management, document processing, and CONGA integration.

Monthly tasks which include creating ACH batches for wholesale finance payments, working with assigned reports, performing truck inventory reconciliation, and reconciling accounts before closing each month

As needed tasks which include managing food show activities, maintaining current insurance certificates for store owners, and processing uninstalls

Requirements:

Accounting experience and/or an associate degree in accounting preferred

Strong work ethic

Excel knowledge is required

Ability to multi-task and prioritize is necessary
