Job Description:

As a dish washer at Wholly Stromboli, you will be responsible for following proper sanitary guidelines at all times. You will pick up dirty dishes and restock stations with clean dishes throughout a shift. As a dish washer, no other position within the company can function properly without your hard work. Hospitality given to our guests starts with you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Perform routine cleaning tasks

Sanitize all service ware and utensils via a three compartment sink or a dishwasher.

Follow company specific and state/county guidelines

Replace dish chemicals as needed

Clean work station and equipment

Assess and prioritize restaurant needs within work station

Qualifications

1 year previous cooking experience in a professional and fast paced kitchen is preferred

Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends

Ability to multitask efficiently

Familiar with kitchen equipment and appliances

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Team player with a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
