Compensation: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour

Position Overview:

The Production Manager reports directly to the studio owner and is responsible for overseeing the production of wide-format specialty printing products. Core responsibilities include:

Leading the production process for client orders

Reviewing customer files, preparing digital proofs, and readying graphics for print

Operating and maintaining large-format printers, laminators, and plotters

Performing quality control checks to ensure high standards

Managing inventory and procurement of materials

Conducting smaller-scale graphic installations and site surveys

Packing, labeling, and shipping completed orders

Utilizing CoreBridge software for estimating and production tracking

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of experience with large-format printers, including UV Flatbed Printers, Latex Printers, and Esko CNC Routers

Expertise in using laminators, plotters, and finishing techniques

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or a related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Adobe Illustrator

Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

A background in design or installation is highly preferred

Additional certifications (e.g., OSHA, project management) are a plus
