Key Responsibilities:

Lead the printing and production of client orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards are met.

Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and prepare graphics for print to ensure correct setup and file integrity.

Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters to keep production running smoothly and minimize downtime.

Perform quality assurance checks throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet SpeedPro’s quality standards.

What we're looking for:

Experience: 2+ years of production experience, ideally in large-format printing, sign production, or related industries.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with large-format printers, plotters, cutters, and laminators is preferred.

Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in all production processes.

Dependability: Strong track record of reliability and punctuality.
