Company Description The Wigger Law Firm's foundation is formed in the belief that every person injured as a result of the negligence of another individual or entity has the right to seek justice for that wrongdoing. Second, our responsibility to our client is our commitment to society as a whole. It is our hope and our goal that through helping our individual clients, we reduce the risk of injury to the rest of society. We do not represent insurance carriers or big corporations; we represent injured individuals. We are lawyers on the side of people. Our team of personal injury attorneys has also dedicated itself to leveling the playing field for those workers who have been wrongfully terminated or subjected to illegal employment actions. Despite South Carolina's policy of employment at will, we aggressively fight for those clients who have been terminated or treated harshly in violation of federal or state law in the employment setting.
