Hold The Line Catering is stationed in Denver (but travels anywhere across the US). We are searching for Adrenaline Junkies- Adventure Seekers -Road Trippers and All Around Hard Working Individuals that happen to have a little food and beverage background as well (but its not required)!
Are you flexible enough to pick up and go to a fire anywhere in the western states within 4 hours of our dispatch call? Do you enjoy the seasonal employment life? If so, this job might be for you!
We provide a unique service to some hard working people across the western half of the United States. Those people are wildland fire fighters. These guys are hungry and someone has to feed them 3 meals a day. Thats where we come into the picture.
We will not candy coat any of this opportunity. The job demands 8-16 hour days, early start and late end times, camping outside every night, very few days off during the peak season, availability to travel and the flexibility to work on fire after fire throughout the summer without returning home for weeks or even longer at a time. Here are the perks.... OVERTIME. Yeah, when volume is high... you average 12 hour days. That can add up to 84 hours A WEEK or more if the demand exists and you are a great asset to the company. Employees are fed like a fire fighter every day! Health and Welfare is and extra $4.57+ an hour for the first 40 hours. End of season bonus for those that complete the season. Road trips, long drives, great views, great stories and some really good people. Did I mention its a great cause????
All positions are ON-CALL and Seasonal. We will need Cooks, CDL Drivers and General Labor.
