We’re looking for a Wildlife Technician to join our open-admission, for-all animal shelter. Being a “for-all” shelter means that SPCA Tampa Bay will not limit admission or refuse to take in a pet. As part of the operations team, you’ll have hands-on experience working with Florida wildlife.

What you’ll do:

Provide humane care to wildlife undergoing rehabilitation under the state and federal permit.

Provide medical care to a variety of wildlife that may include procedures and medications.

Communicate with community members and/or volunteers regarding injured wildlife while providing excellent customer service.

Previous animal handling experience preferred.
