WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MARKETING & EVENTS COORDINATOR!!

Willamette Valley Harley-Davidson is looking for a outgoing and hard-working team player to take our Marketing & Events to the next level!

This position requires proven experience in event planning, development and execution. Must have demonstrated experience negotiating with vendors and suppliers, overseeing event management and everything Graphic Design, Social Media and Internet. We are open to hiring a part-time or full-time person. 

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

·       Superior graphic skills and strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 5.1, including Photoshop and Illustrator

·       Experience in office software, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) including experience with creating & packaging files to appear on the web

·       PC Proficient

·       Prepress production knowledge and experience working with printers

·       Must be able to follow strict H-D MAP/PAM Policies & Guidelines

·       Organized and demonstrates strong attention to detail, effectively prioritize multiple tasks and establish responsible deadlines and personal work plans

·       Independent self-starter with ability to work independently and/or with a team

·       Flexibility to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change

·       Familiarity with motorcycling and the motorcycle lifestyle

·       Superior skill with all social media and Internet outlets

·       Ability to understand our target audience / customers and market to them

·       A good understanding of traditional marketing, PR, advertising, newsletters, and E-blasts

·       Ability to create online presence

·       Must have excellent copywriting and proof reading skills

·       Create, design and distribute marketing materials

·       Maintain website for Dealership including product photos, online forms, postings, event calendars, and slide shows

·       Utilize social media calendars for updates and daily posts

·       Assist with dealership events

·       Experience in designing logos, corporate identity, advertisements, sales collateral, newsletters, etc.

·       Ability to bring fresh perspective to the HD brand without losing original intent

·       Creative abilities to come up with exceptional concepts and promotional ideas

·       Ability to work directly and indirectly with the general public
