    Position: Sr. Product Analyst

    Location: Horsham, PA; may work remotely from within the U.S.

    Duties: Design and build robust, sustainable Cyberlife product solutions in support of new product initiatives. Draw on experience with actuarial product specifications, requirements and terminologies, life products within the architectural boundaries of the Cyberlife policy administration platform, Cyberlife policy data structures, rules and processes and agile methodology to perform technical and business analysis from actuarial product specifications and requirements. Contribute to the validation of design, development approach, testing strategies and assumptions of new products on the Cyberlife platform. Contribute to production support activities, including the resolution of data, process, and application issues as they arise. Translate actuarial specifications into stories that support the creation of new product features and rules. Assist in the maintenance of a backlog of agile stories that accurately reflects business priorities. Plan sprints that introduce agile stories from the backlog in support of the efficient and timely building out of new product features. Review and validate life product calculation models provided by actuaries (Excel, VP/MS, etc.). Identify, recommend and implement improvements to methods of calculations and testing automation of changes. The role is 100% remote and may be performed from any location within the United States.

    Required Skills

    Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field plus three years of experience reflecting demonstrable ability in actuarial product specifications, requirements and terminologies, life products within the architectural boundaries of the Cyberlife policy administration platform, Cyberlife policy data structures, rules and processes and agile methodology.
