Pay: $150,000 to $300,000 per year

Loan Officer, Commercial Mortgage

Wilshire Finance Partners is a direct, portfolio lender and the manager of several real estate funds. Because we close loans using our money and through strategic relationships, we have created a great funding platform for our borrowers and loan officers.

We're looking for experienced loan officers who are financially motivated, driven to succeed and want to be part of a growing organization.

About You

Self-motivated and energetic - driven to grow your business

Track record of closing loans

Excellent sales and business development skills

History of meeting and beating sales goals

Experience with multifamily (5+ units) lending and/or commercial mortgage lending required; experience with private credit / bridge lending is required (no exceptions please)

Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and apply new information and processes

Professional appearance and demeanor

Bachelors degree

California Real Estate License in Good Standing

This position is based in our Irvine, California offices. This is not a remote position.
