Title: Assembler/Sticker

Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:45PM-10:45PM

**Training is 1st shift for 2 months**

Salary: $17.65/hour (increases yearly up to $22.87 top rate)

Who we are:

Our client manufactures custom magnetics including transformers, reactors, chokes, inductors, and custom enclosures. They are looking to go their team at their facility in Cortland, OH.

Assembler Role:

As Assembler you will wind and insulate all coils.

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings and transformer specifications

• Set up winding machines with proper molds and winding speed

• Set up conductor supply and insulating material as required for job

• Wind all types and sizes of coils per specifications

• Attach taps and leads as required by specifications by crimping, brazing, welding, soldering or other means

• Insulate coils, leads and taps as specified or as required

• Make up leads, bus bar, taps, and terminals as required

• Repair defective coils and coils on transformers sent in by customers for repair.

About You:

• Ability to read an interpret drawings
• Ability to read a ruler and complete basic math
• Ability to pass a ruler/math test
• Experience with winding machines, tension devices, coil molds, cranes, brazing torches, crimping machines, shears, power shears, drill motors, grinders, hammers, micrometers, steel tape, and volt-ohm meters
