Windmill Nursery of Louisiana, LLC is a diversified wholesale production nursery located in Franklinton, Louisiana. We specialize in the production of roses, perennials, grasses, trees, and shrubs for customers located throughout the United States. We are actively seeking an applicant for a full-time inside sales position. Qualified applicants will be motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and detailed oriented. This position is located at Windmill Nursery of Louisiana, LLC in Franklinton, LA.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Manage large amount of incoming customer calls Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Receive and enter customer orders correctly Provide customers with current product availability and pictures Help generate sales leads Assist Sales Representative with various tasks

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities Excellent communication skills with a driven desire to succeed Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access Ability to lift 50lbs Plant knowledge preferred but not required Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
