Once hired, your training includes safety topics, processes, and procedures needed to earn your Certified Window Cleaner Certificate. Ongoing training offers you an advanced understanding of customer service and professionalism. Job tasks and job skills are on topic at training meetings, and the door opens to learning time management, project management, and negotiating skills.

Things to Expect:

Typical day starts with a huddle to confirm assignments; huddle includes a Q & A with manager Load company owned vehicle you are assigned for the day's work Complete your route and tasks as shown on job tickets accessed through your smart phone

Return to shop to drop off company vehicle, turn in payments, and advise dispatch on particulars

Compensation:

Competitive weekly pay, earning $16.00-$20.00 per hour

The more efficiently you work the more money you can earn

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday 7:30am-5:00pm (Saturdays as needed)

Some Requirements:

Cannot be afraid of heights Ability to lift, carry and climb ladders including 32 ft. ladders

Maintain Valid driver's license

Carry a working smart phone

Reliable transport - Must BE ON TIME
