Fish Window Cleaning is looking for Window Cleaning associates for our operation in Arcadia.

Stay Grounded, Stay Safe: We clean windows on buildings three stories or less—no high rises here! Most work is done from the ground or on ladders.

Job Schedule: Typical hours are Monday through Wednesday/Thursday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with flexibility required.

Position Type: Part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.

Compensation: Starting pay is $16–$22 (depending on experience) per hour during the training period. Once fully ramped up, pay will transition to a performance-based structure.
