What You Will Do:

Window Cleaning: Provide high-quality window washing, gutter cleaning, and house washing services.

Sales: Generate business through B2B sales for commercial window cleaning services.

Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside your team to achieve company goals and ensure efficient operations.

Grow the Business: Help Sparkle Squad expand by offering additional services, hanging door hangers, and building rapport with the community.

Utilize Advanced Tools: Work with cutting-edge technology, including water-fed poles capable of cleaning up to four stories without ladders.

What You Will Get:

Competitive Pay: $19 - $24 per hour, plus tips and performance bonuses.

Incentives: Earn extra through sales bonuses and Google review bonuses.

Great Schedule: No evenings or major holidays. Work 8-10 hours a day Friday - Sunday 7:30 - 5:30, 20-30 hours per week with varying drive times.
