What You Will Do:

Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing jobs while providing exceptional customer service. Sell additional services, such as holiday lighting, to customers during site visits, offering solutions to enhance their property’s appearance. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional sales. Excel in a team environment while balancing hands-on service with customer engagement and sales. Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training to develop both technical skills and sales acumen. Be rewarded for your efforts through a combination of hourly wages, tips, and commissions on sales.
