    Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Window Treatment Design Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional customer service skills. As a Window Treatment Design Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and design customized window treatment solutions that elevate their spaces.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Consultation:

    Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess clients' needs, preferences, and style.

    Provide professional advice on window treatment options.

    Understand and interpret clients' vision to create tailored design solutions.

    Design and Presentation:

    Present design concepts and samples to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and functionality of each option.

    Sales and Relationship Management:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

    Prepare and present detailed quotations, managing the sales process from initial consultation to final installation.

    Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless execution of design plans.

    Product Knowledge and Training:

    Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in window treatments.

    Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

    Educate clients on product care and maintenance.

    Administrative Duties:

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, design plans, and sales transactions.

    Qualifications:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
