    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Part Time Window Treatment Installer to join our team! As an Installer, you will travel to customers' homes and businesses to install all types of window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies. You will also maintain a safe, clean work environment, take accurate space measurements, and answer client questions on-site. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, has excellent attention to detail, and has strong communication skills.

    Ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule. You can anticipate working 1 to 3 days a week based on the work load. During slow times you may go a week or more with no work.

    Responsibilities

    Travel to job sites, observe and measure the designated area, and determine the needs of the client.

    Accurately and safely install window treatments of many types, with strong attention to detail.

    Communicate professionally and effectively with the clients to keep them informed of their projects

    Follow all safety guidelines to foster a safe work environment.

    Using an iPad, submit job tickets, reorders, and collect payments.

    Qualifications

    Clean, valid driver's license.

    Comfortable driving a work van and using mirrors to back up,

    Excellent communication skills

    Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

    The ability to work well independently or within a team

    The ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

    Work from a ladder or scaffolding.

    Use a drill gun and other common tools, both power and hand.
