Position Overview: Are you someone who enjoys working outside, away from a desk? If so, we have a fantastic seasonal opportunity at The Guy LLC. Join our team to work outdoors, learn the snow removal trade from experienced professionals, and earn competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

Remove snow using company-owned equipment (snow blower, shovel, plow truck, tractor)

Spread salt using company-owned equipment (salt truck with spreader, walk-behind spreader)

Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction by inspecting all aspects of work performed

Complete required paperwork and data entry daily, adhering to company policies and procedures

As a Crew Member, You Will Receive:

Hourly Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour

Company-provided training

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Ability to be on-call for winter storms, including late-night or early-morning hours

Experience operating required equipment and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Capability to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, wind), carry out strenuous physical tasks throughout the day, and lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions
