JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer that is hiring in Stockton, California. We offer growth within the company and monthly bonuses for those that meet the sales quota.

This position requires assessing the customer's needs and fitting the customer with the appropriate device and technology solution as well as maintaining the store location to maximize profitability and attain company goals and objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

-Create an outstanding buying experience for the wireless retail customer

-Exceed in meeting all wireless retail sales consultant goals

-Problem solve issues with wireless retail customers and sales associates team

-Work with wireless retail store management in opening, closing, inventory and operating the retail facility and other tasks as assigned

-Receive and process all payments and provide the wireless retail customer with additional services as necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-A background in wireless communications is strongly encouraged but not required

-Availability in flexible scheduling; reliable transportation

-Ability to work on the weekends and designated holidays

-Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required

-Professional in appearance and strong verbal communication skills

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor
