As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will engage directly with customers, providing valuable insights and assistance to meet their needs. You will also organize and participate in various promotional events to showcase our services and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Understand and meet customer needs by recommending suitable products and services
• Stay informed on the latest product information and offerings
• Clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Participate in on-site promotional events and activities
• Uphold company standards and policies

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Open to feedback and eager to learn and improve
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy interacting with people and working in a face-to-face setting

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation is required as this is an on-site position in Waco, TX

• High school diploma is mandatory; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
