Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Educate customers on Verizon products and services, including devices, plans, and accessories.
Demonstrate wireless devices and explain their features and benefits.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Meet or exceed sales goals through selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.

Qualifications:
