The WiscMed Wispr contains features not found in other commercially available otoscopes.     JOB DESCRIPTION

    WiscMed is seeking a remote work from home Customer Sales and Service Representative in the Madison Wi, area to support our mission of delivering a remarkable experience to our customers. The primary role is to provide exceptional customer service for flexible part-time opportunity during the hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

     

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Service inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chats
    • Be knowledgeable about the product
    • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
    • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
    • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
    • Answer questions about the products
    • Collaborate with colleagues
    • Work with the Zendesk customer service platform and Expandable ERP order entry
    • Support existing customers and help with troubleshooting
    • Willingness to take on other work as needed in a startup environment

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Passion for sales, customer service, and ownership of the customer experience
    • Experience with inside sales (proactive calling, upselling, etc.)
    • Dependability, organizational skills, and be self-motivated
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic math and writing skills
    • Stable high-speed internet connection
    • A quiet place to work online. It’s critical to prevent background noise on calls by choosing a distraction-free area where callers can’t hear any sounds such as kids, barking dogs, traffic, doorbells, TVs, radios, etc.
    • Professional attitude to work independently from home
    • Live in the Madison, WI area (preferred)
